What I Do

In taking a holistic approach to wellness, I look at the whole person and understand the intricacies of health and the human body. Our bodies and minds are interlinked, and I'm here to help you consciously connect the two so we can approach your well-being from not only the physical, but from the mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects as well.

I like to practice what I call Loving Wellness™. This framework and method accounts for the fact that we're all different, our bodies are different, our needs are different, and we are ever-changing beings. The same thing that works for me might not work for you, and similarly, the same thing that worked for you 5 years ago might not work for you today. And what "works" for you is what is going to be loving to you and your body. My mission is to help you learn how to treat your body with radical self-love so your health choices are driven from a nurturing, caring place within you.

 

My job is to empower you to drown out all the wellness noise and make the right health decisions for YOU through tapping back into your own body and intuition.

How It Works

1. Book a FREE 15-minute discovery call

How we'll determine if we're a good fit!

2. Initial Consultation- 75 minutes

Where I take ample time to learn about you, your background and health history, & your current health goals. You'll leave this session with a game-plan tailored to YOU and your individualized needs and goals.

3. Follow-Up Sessions- 30 minutes

These are probably the most important part of this process! Follow-ups allow us to track your progress, see what's working (and what isn't), and adjust your plan along the way so we can truly optimize your health and wellness.

4. Ongoing Support & Accountability

Signing up for a 3-month or 6-month package (with sessions 1x/month) not only saves you money, but also includes ongoing support and access to me outside of our sessions!
